Refunds & Returns

Buy Neons implements industry-leading 30-day return policy, you are eligible to request a return for your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them.

Since most of our neon signs are custom made, we only accept a return request when:

• item(s) arrived in a damaged state;
• item(s) are found faulty; or,
• wrong item(s) are shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buy Neons shall bear all incurred shipping costs when a return is accepted.

NeonWill offers a 24-month warranty that covers electrical components when used properly.

Due to the handmade nature of neon sign products, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Some colors may also vary as a result from printer calibration or computer screen settings; however this should be considered an error in production since these fluctuations make each item even more unique.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. From the 15th day onward until the 30th day, our standard return policy applies.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
